Time flies and we're planning ahead for 2025. We anticpate our Coated Products factory will require Casual Packers for Afternoon Shift from January 2025. The role is a casual one and is typically 1-2 shifts per week noting that there are no guaranteed hours and is an as required position.
This work requires excellent manual dexterity and the ability to keep up with the pace of the team. You will be part of the wider production team and need to work flexibly wherever required to meet the production plan while maintaining cleaning, quality compliance, and safety standards throughout the shift.
Afternoon Shift: Mon - Fri. 2.30pm to 10.30pm
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Have a high level of manual dexterity to quickly and accurately align and pack products
- Meet compliance standards and production targets
- Handle physically demanding work such as lifting materials and working over a moving production line
- Be punctual, reliable, and adaptable to change
