Sealord Group has fishing operations, which include all deep-water fishing activities as well as international and joint venture deep fishing activities, in New Zealand and Australia.
This General Hand position is for the Coated Factory Day Shift which is Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm.
THE ROLE:
- The team are responsible for efficiently operating food processing machines and equipment including production set up, calibration, monitoring, packaging and cleaning
- At Sealord our key value is Safety First. You will be required to work in a safe manner and compliy with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
- You will complete quality checks, product specification testing and management of input materials and finished products
- Training will be provided to enable you to complete the role
- Beinge fit and able to stand at a conveyor production line with keen hand-eye coordination is essential
