We anticipate our Coated products factory will require General Hands for Day Shift from january 2025. The role is a casual one and is typically 1-2 shifts per week, noting that there are no guaranteed hours and is an as required position. 

Day Shift operates Monday to friday from 6.00am to 2.30pm

 

The team are responsible for efficiently operating food processing machines and equipment including production set up, calibration, monitoring, packaging and cleaning.

In addition, you'll be ensuring safety, health and environmental compliance is in hand while completing quality checks, product specification testing and management of input materials and finished products.

We're looking for good communicators who can work well as part of a team and quickly adapt to change. The ability to work at a consistent pace and maintain concentration over the shift is essential.

You may not currently have the skills, but you will be able to demonstrate from past experiences, a willingness to learn, flexibility to adapt to changing needs and being a part of a productive and harmonious working team.  

You must be fit and able to stand at a conveyor production line with keen hand-eye coordination.

Being able to maintain concentration to uphold safety and quality standards over the shift is essential.
