Sealord are now recruiting for land-based factory workers based in Nelson, New Zealand for the upcoming Hoki season 2025 running from mid-May until the end of September 2025.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for short term work to join a diverse workplace and learn new skills working as part of a collaborative team.
Employment will be full time with both day and afternoon shifts available Monday to Friday to suit your lifestyle. There is also the opportunity for additional work on Saturdays.Shift times are;

Day Shift – 6am to 2.30pm

Evening Shift – 3pm – 11pm
Tasks / responsibilities include:

Manufacturing product to specification
-
Packing fish into required portions
-
Trimming fish fillets
-
Undertaking production line cleaning tasks of equipment and work areas as required

There are no minimum qualification or work experience requirement and full training will be provided.
A satisfactory pre-employment drug test and a physical medical assessment will be required to be considered for this role. Applicants must have legal entitlement to live and work in New Zealand.
