An exciting and new opportunity has come available for a Fleet Immigration & Office Support Administrator, to join the team who are committed to providing the best support for our immigration and crewing requirements across the organisation.
We are looking for an detail conscious person who is process and time management oriented and can manage projects autonomously, while work as part of a wider collaborative team.
Reporting to the Group Quota & Vessel Immigration Manager, you will be responsible for:

Management & application of the Group’s Approval in Principle (AIP) processes to allow employment of overseas workers.

Oversight and management of immigration submissions on behalf of overseas crew to meet crewing needs.

Ensuring applications are compliant with immigration laws, policies and regulations.

Active engagement and liaison with Fleet Harvest Managers, crew, crew agents and HR to ensure immigration requirements are met to meet vessel crewing demands and vessel logistics.

Manage the Maritime New Zealand (MNZ) certificate of competency process.

Administration support in processing vessel landing reports and reporting

Other office related duties
Based in Lyttleton, this role requires a team player who has had understanding and experience in immigration visa applications and administration handling. This role is full time but flexible, or part time options may be considered for the right candidate. A key to your success, will be delivery of results within a dynamic work environment in an organisation that embraces diversity and employs a wide variety of professions and worker skills.
