Factory Engineers - if you have experience as a motor mechanic or small motor mechanical or engineering experience or just love nothing better than working on vehicles or machinery this job may be for you. The role will include maintining and optimizing the mechanical and electrical performance of factory machinery through innovation and continuous improvement and utilizing the preventative maintenance programmne. This will include maintaining all conveyor belts, trio skinning machines, hydraulics and pumps to their optimum capacity, monitoring electrical systems and stainless steel repairs. The role will also include maintenance in the fishmeal plant fishmeal plant and will involve assisting in the engine room when required. You will working under the direction of the #1 Factory Engineer.
A satisfactory pre-employment drug test and a physical medical assessment will be required to be considered for this role. Applicants must have legal entitlement to live and work in New Zealand.
