You'll help lead the deck crew, champion a strong safety culture, and drive high performance while working alongside an experienced Skipper, 1st Mate, and crew.

Who we're looking for This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Bosun, Fisher A or B Deckhand ready to step into a leadership role. You'll need:
- At least 12 months' experience on a deep-sea fishing trawler
- A current Deckhand Certificate
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and leadership
Working an 8-hours-on / 8-hours-off roster, you'll be part of a crew that values professionalism, performance, and getting the job done right.
